OUR HOME CHARGING SERVICE

Employees who use company cars and charge their electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles at home, causing an increase in their personal electricity bills, encounter the challenge of securing reimbursement for their work-related charging expenses from their employer. In many cases, these costs are manually subtracted from the home electricity bill and then presented to the employer in an unclear and disorganized manner. Using our HOME CHARGING service, fleet managers can easily reimburse their employees for business-related charging costs, or they can choose to have us manage the reimbursement through our COMFORT package. All that is required for this is the CHARGE&FUEL Card in combination with a Volkswagen Group Wallbox. We will transmit the charging data to you in a clear and organized manner.

PACKET BASIC

Our HOME CHARGING BASIC Service allows you to easily reimburse your company car drivers for business charging expenses. In the BASIC package, LOGPAY compiles the charging data of your company car drivers and sends it to you, the fleet manager. You can then proceed to reimburse your company car drivers for the incurred charging costs in the next step.

PACKET COMFORT

With our HOME CHARGING COMFORT Service, LOGPAY directly reimburses your company car drivers for the charging costs incurred, processes these costs on your behalf as the fleet manager, and provides you with the charging data. This way, you gain full control over your company car drivers' charging consumption, reducing the administrative workload.

Wallbox

The Wallboxes from the Volkswagen Group

With Volkswagen Group's Wallboxes*, your employees can charge their vehicles easily and conveniently from home, with charging capacities of up to 11kW. The Pro-Series has been specifically designed to meet the needs of your company car drivers. The integrated MID electricity meter in the Pro-Series enables a clear separation between business and private charging sessions. The Wallboxes can be used with any electric vehicle equipped with a European standard Type-2 charging connector, regardless of the brand.

* Currently, custom branding is available for the VW, Audi, ŠKODA, Cupra, and SEAT brands. The Elli Charger Pro is compatible with other brands.

Prerequisites:

Prerequisites for enrolling in the HOME CHARGING Service include having a Volkswagen Group Wallbox and a CHARGE&FUEL Card. You can apply for the card through Key Account Management or the online application process. For existing cards, the HOME CHARGING Service can be activated by the employer at a later stage.
